In the space of two EPs, Saudade Experiment has managed to make a remarkable place for itself on the current musical landscape. The Brussels band manages to mix soul, jazz, Congolese rumba and hip-hop in the most beautiful way, which continues to be a hit with its successor entitled (Got) Everything To Shine.

With these six new titles, Junior Bokele and his acolytes do it again with these sumptuous and colorful melodies. (Got) Everything To Shine starts with a bang with “Alive” which sets the scene with care before bewitching us with soulful arrangements of which only they have the secret like “Rusty” and “L.F.M. totally tasty. For this new EP, Saudade Experiment is at its peak musically speaking as if it were a culmination that has finally borne fruit. And what a delight!
